Spearheaded by the National Council of Social Service, JiaYou Integrated Services for Seniors and Caregivers was developed through a multi-agency collaboration, with Montfort Care as the lead agency, in partnership with Yong-en Care Centre and Fei Yue Community Services. JiaYou is a platform dedicated to supporting seniors and caregivers’ journey through their diverse complexities and challenges of ageing and caregiving. We provide holistic support and guidance, empowering you to build resilience and embrace the life you aspire with joy and hope.
JiaYou, meaning “家 – home” and “you” in Mandarin, embodies the concept of creating a home away from home to serve everyone in the community. Strategically located in the heart of Singapore at Chinatown Point, this prime location ensures easy access for seniors and caregivers, allowing our support services to integrate seamlessly into your daily lives.
The centre offers support for dementia and mental health, counselling home care services, frailty care to promote health and fitness, end-of-life care, and employment support through job training and opportunities.
In addition, JiaYou will offer various programmes, including support groups that foster social connections and promote a positive mindset for both seniors and caregivers, as well as training and workshops that equip caregivers with the skills, insights, and knowledge needed to care for their loved ones.
JiaYou is equipped with gyms, counselling rooms, and a wealth of resources tailored for seniors and caregivers. For more information on JiaYou, its services, and opening hours, please visit https://jiayou.org.sg/.

• Discovering creative ways to care for loved ones and themselves
Through interactive elements like role-playing and group discussions, caregivers are equipped with vital skills and introduced to a supportive community. To learn more about how you can experience The Caregiver Workbook, reach out to us or visit JiaYou.
